I'm thinking back to my last brain dumb Monday post and thought I it would be nice to share some of my favorite fitness apps and programs that I have tried in the past or am currently using. I'm not a fitness expert, I just know and use what's best for my body! Let's get into it.
2. Sworkit app

Recently, while sharing my iTunes app stores, I stumble upon the sworkit app, and I'm glad I did. It's not free. You can still put together a custom workout plan for yourself on the app which is free.
Same for the big program, it's not free, but you can here free ebook, and there's one week trial period for the app. There you have it, my top three apps and workout program.
